Available to re-join the ARB

Hi ARB

I read[1] that there are still 4 positions available on the ARB. I have 
some more time available now than I did a few months back when I had to 
resign from the ARB due to high load, so if there's still a position 
open, I thought I'd let you know that I'm available again.
