Lightread package updated

Dear All,

As the subject goes, Lightread package is now updated in the ARB PPA
for quantal release.

Had to do some changes on the below lines and upload

1. the long description in d/control was missing.
2. the dh version differed in d/compat and d/control (8 vs 6)
3. d/copyright file was messy. Had to update according to
http://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/

The latest version will be available in extras for quantal shortly
after it builds.
