Information needed for Libre Jigsaw

You can move to /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/$packagename/share. 

A simple rules file would be like the sample below

#!/usr/bin/make -f

PKGDIR=opt/extras.ubuntu.com/libre-jigsaw

override_dh_auto_configure:
        dh_auto_configure -- --prefix=/$(PKGDIR)

override_dh_install:
        dh_install
        mkdir -p $(CURDIR)/debian/libre-jigsaw/usr/share
        mv $(CURDIR)/debian/libre-jigsaw/$(PKGDIR)/share/applications $(CURDIR)/debian/libre-jigsaw/usr/share/applications

%:
        dh --with autoreconf $@

Also I notice you use java and you would want to make some changes accordingly
