Publishing an app with a close source kernel module

Hi folks,


I'm developing an application including a close source kernel module and 
I was wondering how should I upload it because I have a compiled kernel 
module file (ko file) for each version of Ubuntu.

Today the application is in testing phase so I'm distributing 3 
different packages:
  - one for Ubuntu Quantal
  - one for Ubuntu Raring
  - one for Ubuntu Saucy

And each time a new kernel is released for one of those series, then I 
publish an update of the package.

Can you please tell me if it is really possible then to publish my app 
or if you know another way ?
