Voting

Hi all,

I had a question about how voting works.  I understand that 3 +1's is
passed, and 3 -1's is rejected, but my app (unity-lens-vm) got 2 +1's and
no -1's.  What does this mean?  Is it simply in a holding pattern until
someone else votes?  Or has the voting ended?  If there's any documentation
on this, that would be great!

Keep up the good work!  (I know you guys are probably still slammed from
the App contest)
