I'm not owner or admin of ~ubuntu-dev, but a DMB member should be able
to set up a poll at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-dev/+newpoll

I mailed a couple of people privately, but unfortunately most were too
busy to help out. Some could imagine to help as ARB helpers every now
and then though.
