Hi Bhavani,

I think it's a great idea, but we need to develop it further. Some quick
thoughts:

- The offline docs should stay in sync with the online docs
- Ideally both sets (online and offline) should be built from the same
  source
- Online docs would be best put into the CMS system, rather than as
  a separate HTML dump such as in the case of the packaging guide (*)
- Online docs should be versioned
- Ideally online docs should be generated automatically

Any other thoughts? Would anyone be up for looking into this?

(*) Does anyone know of a way -or a Wordpress plugin- to fetch
documentation in a given format (e.g. Markdown, Mallard, HTML) and to
import it as Wordpress pages?
