Yes, I don't see any need to change the nature of
app-review-contributors, it's a great way to invite the contributions of
reviewers who aren't Ubuntu Developers yet. But also, I see the
contributions we're inviting from Ubuntu Developers as very different,
since the app-review-contributors are explicitly not granted approval
rights over packages, while we're inviting Ubuntu Developers to be
technical approvers. So, I wouldn't call it "making Ubuntu Devel part of
app-review-contributors", I'd call it something more like "inviting
Ubuntu Devel to be another participating group in the app review
process". Largely just a matter of semantics and the venn diagrams of
launchpad teams.

Indeed. It's a step in the right direction, and we've still got a path
to walk ahead. But, I'm thrilled with the step. :)
