Hi Allison,

I've submitted the new "Tweak for Ubuntu" to Ubuntu Developer site,
here the link: https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/apps/462/

I've changed the name from "Ubuntu Tweak" to "Tweak for Ubuntu",
installed the files to /opt, and removed the PPA related feature.

For the possible upgrade the old "Ubuntu Tweak" to new "Tweak Ubuntu",
I didn't change the package name, it is still remain as
"ubuntu-tweak", I hope this can be accepted.

Please have a review. Thank you.
