Firstly, I apologise for our delays in getting back to you about your application submission. I've looked over TerraView & found it to be a large & complex package that I think would be best packaged & sponsored within the Debian GIS team [1] which already cares for similar packages. The Application Review Board focuses on lightweight apps that can generally be reviewed & looked over in a short amount of time. While we can assist with packaging of smaller apps, something the size of TerraView is out of our scope to repackage from what was submitted, with binaries included.
I recommend that you contact the Debian GIS team [1] & ask for assistance on their mailing list.
