I set up a daily build and you can easily install this from my PPA (it'd
be good to set up a PPA for ~ubuntu-app-review-contributors but I don't
have the necesary LP powers).

  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dholbach/ppa
  sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get install arb-lint
