I've uploaded harmonyseq to the staging PPA again, with the metadata 
re-added as the qreator package seemed to have problems with it removed.
This is an update of the package from 11.10, so reviewing should be quick.
The package has a patch that touches Makefile.am, so dh-autoreconf was added
as a build dependency to ensure that Makefile.in is properly regenerated.
