pkgme test run over ARB apps

Hey,

here's a quick progress update.

This bug is fixed now too, so we're up to 26/125 (20.8%) of packages
which have an initial set of packaging. Also the daily build at
ppa:dholbach/ppa works now, the package in quantal is still in review by
the archive admins.
