Could you check your debian/copyright file? It seems to list a few people as copyright owners for all the files, but it seems that it might not reflect the actual copyright information for all the files.

splitter.js says that it's dual-licensed under the gpl and an MIT license. Underscore.js also has different licensing. This seems to indicate at least some problems with the licensing.

Even though it ships those files, it's also marked as dependencies in the control file. It might be that you just need to link to the installed ones and not ship them anymore.
