-1, the copyright file needs some more work:

  - The copyright format link is invalid
  - The email addresses after the copyright holders contain html escape 
codes

Besides that, I might have to abstain from this one, I think it needs a 
proper code review. An app that exposes a javascript api to your desktop 
to web apps sounds like something that might pose security risks.
