I made a change to lockbox/diskctl.py that wraps getting the settings in a function because calling Gio.Settings() whenever the module is loaded was causing a build failure.  I made some other changes to fix lintian and arb-lint warnings.

With these changes your packages will meet the Extras repository guidelines except for it's dependency on udisks2.  According to the guidelines, your app can't depend on packages that aren't in the main repositories.
