Showdown app voting progress

We're almost done with the initial reviews for all of the App Showdown
entries.  Below are the current figures:

Not reviewed yet:	9
Needs information: 	72
Sent for Voting:	60

So far we have had 1 app published (picsaw) and 2 with enough +1 votes
to be published (cuttlefish & flashgen).  That leaves 58 currently in
the voting stage.

If all of the members of the ARB could spare some time this week to cast
votes on the apps that have reached the voting stage, that would help us
meet our goal of starting the community judging part of the competition
next week.

And thanks to everybody who's been working on reviewing these packages,
there have been several new contributors to the app review process.
Thanks to your efforts we've been able to process 136 apps in the last
week.  Great job!
