Unfortunately, it does not meet the Ubuntu App Review Board Guidelines (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AppReviewBoard/Review/Guidelines), which state "The ARB reviews graphical apps, not command-line apps"

 I'm sorry to have to inform your of that, but in any case, you can still submit your application through the traditional packaging route instead of the Ubuntu App Developer process. Here you'll find more information why.
