The change you made here introduces a syntax error - you'd need to remove the
whole #!/usr/bin/python line rather than just the #
Thankfully this breaks on installing the package, so can be caught before
uploading :)
I've pushed an updated branch to lp:~ajmitch/ubuntu-app-reviews/cuttlefish 
for people to test, it's +1 from me now.
