Information needed for Minicast

Thanks a lot for your submission. This is a review for inclusion into the Ubuntu Software Center.

Here are a few things I found worth fixing:
 - debian/copyright: mention the files under GPL3 (qmpwidget.*) as well
 - debian/source/format: consider changing to '3.0 (native)', if you don't want to release source tarballs.
 - debian/changelog: also please consider using a version number without '-' (ie: 0.30)
 - Using the app: the items in the menubar have '(<letter>)' next to them, which is a bit unusual.
