Heads-Up: App Showdown

For submissions to the App Showdown, we will allow changes after the
submission deadline if those changes are fixes to the packaging or
anything else necessary to meet the packaging requirements, as long as
the original submission was made before the deadline and the changes do
not affect the functionality of the app (does not add features or
improve them).
