The moderators noted the issue to be addressed as follows:
This app was submitted with a number of binary .jar files for 3rd-party libraries, and a check of the licenses used in those libraries has shown some problems.
For all ARB submissions, we need to follow the Ubuntu licensing policy, which means that we need source code that we can build for the 3rd party libraries as well, as their licenses state.
Unfortunately, FLOSS licensing can be a minefield of incompatible licenses, and Yabs appears to use several libraries with possibly conflicting licenses based on the license list at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html
