Unity Lens Guidelines

In an effort to control the number of new Unity lenses being create,
we've put together this list of guidelines we're recommending and
encouraging lens/scope developers to follow.

Is there any additional information you would like added that would help
packaged lenses and scopes with getting approved and published into
software center?  And are these guidelines helpful in evaluating new
lenses and scopes that will be submitted?
