my reviews

Hi,

I took a couple of minutes to help with the review queue of MyApps for
the ARB and wanted to share my findings.

holyservices:
Does not contain a debian directory and uses qt/qmake for the
building. Requires some work to create a package out of this.

pinno:
Does not contain a debian directory and does not use a build
system. It appears its enough to move all files into /opt/pinno for it
to run so packaging should be straightfoward (just a debian/install
file that shuffles all files into the right dir) and then adding a
desktop dir with a "path=/opt/pinno". But of course someone needs to
test this theory first :)

nsnake:
Does not contain a debian directory and uses a self writen
Makefile. It uses DESTDIR and PREFIX that need both adjusting but
otherwise it looks straightfoward to package.

Openssn:
Contains a full debian source package (huray!) but a lot of dh_make
boilerplatte that needs cleanup. But looks promising.

Persy:
Is a binary deb file so we should ask if we can get the source deb for
it. I can't ask this myself using MyApps as I don't belong to the
right group I think.

Cheers,
 Michael
