Application review process

Hi ARB,

I hope all the associated members are doing great!

I just started to review some of the packages in the queue and felt
that it would be nice if we have a "upload screenshot" option in the
reviewing page to upload some screenshots of an app if it has some
glitches if any.

My point comes from my latest review of ubuntu-builder app wherein I
found the scroll menus appearing a bit dodgy on my oneiric system
(Screenshot attached)
