Thank you for your patience during the moderation process.

Current status: Your application Real-time Sunlight Wallpaper Needs Information.

We need some more information
Please respond to this request from our approval team, and then resubmit your application:
We got the source package, thanks!

Unfortunately, building it fails with the following error:

==========
   dh_installdocs
cp: cannot stat `README~': No such file or directory
dh_installdocs: cp -a README~ debian/gtk-sunlight/usr/share/doc/gtk-sunlight returned exit code 1
==========

You do have the file "README~" listed in debian/docs, is that an error?

I noticed that you have a PPA for version 4.0 of Real-time Sunlight Wallpaper. It may be simpler to submit an updated 4.0.1 source package there, since the PPA will automatically test whether your package builds. If you do update the PPA, let us know to check there for the latest version.

Also, from a closer look at the earlier binary package you submitted:

- it appears it was installing into /usr/bin and /usr/share. To publish through MyApps it needs to install into /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/gtk-sunlight instead. The exceptions to this are that the icons can be installed in /usr/share/icons/hicolor and the .desktop file can be installed in /usr/share/applications.

- /usr/share/menu/gtk-sunlight shouldn't be needed on Ubuntu Oneiric and triggers a maintainer script at installation which isn't allowed for packages on extras.ubuntu.com

If you have any questions on the changes needed, please get in touch with us on the ubuntu-app-devel at lists.ubuntu.com mailing list.

Best,
