Quick reviews of easily, sympathy, ubuntu-tweak

Hello everybody,

I had a quick look at easily, sympathy and ubuntu-tweak. Here's what I
found:

 - easily: is packaged, builds, nothing in /opt, short description,
           might only need a few changes
 - sympathy: contains package contents, should be resubmitted
 - ubuntu-tweak: is packaged, builds, nothing in /opt, looks
                 generally alright, not quite sure about the paths
