I personally downloaded the most recent tarball you submitted, and it
had the problems I mentioned in the previous message:

- It includes compiled files like .dll and .exe.
- It doesn't include build instructions (so we can't figure out how to
make a package of it).
- It doesn't include a license file, so we're not sure it's licensed
under the GPLv2, even though you checked that option when you uploaded
the app.

I'm sympathetic that the requirements may be difficult to understand,
especially when translating them from English. Please let us know if
there's anything we can do to help.

I noticed that you pinged me on IRC yesterday, though I was away from
the computer at the time. I'll be away for the next few hours, but back
again after that. Or, I should be around on IRC all day tomorrow (US
Pacific time), so perhaps we could chat then and walk through what's needed?

If you have a public source repository on Launchpad or github, that
might help, so we can look at the code together. (Not required, just
helpful.)
