Hola Víctor,

Yes, you can send any additional information, such as the location of 
your code, in the comments field that appears when submitting your app 
for the first time. After that first time, you can always add more 
information for the reviewers in the Feedback tab in My Apps.

Rather than the code, reviewers will probably be more interested in the 
link to a PPA, if there is any. I assume that in your case it's the 
Guallet PPA at:

     https://launchpad.net/~vfrico/+archive/ppa
