Thank you for your patience during the moderation process.
Current status: Your application nSnake must be resubmitted.
What does this mean?
There was a problem with approving your application. Please address the issue and then kindly resubmit your application.
The moderators noted the issue to be addressed as follows:
Thanks for submitting nSnake, it's a very cool retro game. Unfortunately, the MyApps submission channel is only for GUI apps. The security policy doesn't permit these apps to install binaries in the user's $PATH (/usr/bin, for example), so the only way the user could run nsnake would be by manually typing /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/nsnake/bin/nsnake.
What probably makes the most sense is to submit the game to the Debian Games Team (http://wiki.debian.org/Games/Team). Once it's in Debian, it will be automatically copied into Ubuntu. We can help you connect with them, just hop on the ubuntu-app-devel at lists.ubuntu.com mailing list or the #ubuntu-app-devel IRC channel on freenode.
Visit the developer portal at https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/ to find out more.
Best,
The Ubuntu Software Center team
