Submissions that may need reviving

Hello all,

Due to bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/927553 no mails have been
sent to the mailing list concerning comments on apps that it's
developers have sent.
This means that many applications that are in Needs Information state
got forgotten, because they are not visible on the queue, and in most
cases the developer lost interest in them.
However, among them there are few cases, where the developer had asked
for help or explanation with a comment, or even re-uploaded a new,
corrected version of the application, and the ARB team was not
notified about this request - so the developer will never have his
question answered, and will eventually get discouraged.

I've made a list of these cases, by manually checking every submission
ever sent, with a short explanation of it's current situation - I hope
it will be useful.

The developer asks for help with package dependencies, as one of them
does not exist in Oneiric.

commented on 2012-01-13
The comment concerns unavailability (on Linux) of the compiler this app needs.

The developer seems to have problem with re-uploading file, asks
whether did it correctly, but application is still in Needs
Information phase

commented on 2012-01-24
The application is said to be rewritten and resent.

https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/apps/462/ - Ubuntu Tweak -
commented on 2012-01-30
The developer asks whether some files can be installed outside /opt.

I'm not sure if ARB feedback is needed there, the developer seems to
have decided to get the application to universe, yet he asks Jonathan
to sponsor the upload.

The developer expresses his lack of experience with .deb packages, and
states he had uploaded a corrected file with something that seems to
be a pre-built package.

I wonder if I shouldn't put it somewhere in the wiki.
