Hello everyone,

Although I am waiting for some instructions that would specify the
ways I may be helpful, I've noticed something which may be
significant, and would like to somehow let you know.

The problem is with the application "Bot do Supersoldier", that is at
the moment in the Needs Information phase.
According to the description, this application is a bot to a browser
game, http://supersoldier.pl. It is meant to automatically substitute
player's efforts and provide it with verity of in-game profits,
eliminating the need to spend time playing the game.
I've checked the game rules, which are available at
http://www.supersoldier.pl/terms . Unfortunately, this page is
available in Polish exclusively (which happens to be my native
language), so to check if I'm not kidding you might want to use a
translator.
The the penultimate paragraph of section IV of the terms (Rules of use
and etiquette), means:

"It is not allowed to use many user accounts (so-called
'multiaccounts'). It is also not allowed to apply any software for
automatic or system steering, or for manipulation of particular game
functions (e.g. using bots, macros, scripts, or gift websites)."
(the "system-steering" sounds weird indeed, but it makes little sense
in Polish too)

That makes it clear that applications like "Bot do Supersoldier" are
strictly forbidden, and use of it may be considered illegal.
I have not found a rule in the guidelines that disallows potentially
illegal apps, so may be a subject to discussion, whether application
that is intended to break game rules can be published in the USC. On
the other hand there are applications in the repositories like
scanmem, that modify the RAM locally and is used mostly to hack games
- which may be also forbidden in case of proprietary apps, but it's up
to the user's responsibility how does he use this application.

I shall have no opinion in that matter, so I am not implying anything.
I just thought it may be helpful to let you know about this potential
problem.

Regards,
Rafał "cielak" Cieślak
