Lintian checking ARB packages

Hi Niels,

I have tried to integrate extras prefix check. Updated branch here:

lp:~bhavi/ubuntu-app-review-board/lintian-arb_profile

when I try to run the check on a sample package I get

E: nudge: arb-app-installs-files-outside-opt
usr/share/pyshared/nudge_lib/nudgeconfig.py
E: nudge: arb-app-have-no-files-in-opt
tried to issue unknown tag arb-app-has-disallowed-file at
/usr/share/perl5/Lintian/Tags.pm line 241.
internal error: cannot run ubuntu/arb/arb-check-bin check on package nudge
warning: skipping check of binary package nudge

Please suggest and kindly bear with my mistakes as this is my first
experiment with lintian
