GLRP Problem and help needed

Hello, this is my first app upload. Please, help me!
I'm trying to build and upload an app to Ubuntu review... and I have
problem...
I have folowed all steps and on debuild command last output is this:

First:
Now signing changes and any dsc files...
 signfile greatlittleradioplayer_1.2.0-0extras11.10.1.dsc Dejan Petrovic <
dekiseka.petrovic at gmail.com>
gpg: skipped "Dejan Petrovic <dekiseka.petrovic at gmail.com>": secret key not
available
gpg: /tmp/debsign.FwRMYDTY/greatlittleradioplayer_1.2.0-0extras11.10.1.dsc:
clearsign failed: secret key not available
debsign: gpg error occurred!  Aborting....
debuild: fatal error at line 1278:
running debsign failed

What is this???

Second: I have debuild it and it make one deb file and one tar.gz file
outside my top folder. deb file is useless because it doesn't have folder
structure and does not contain files needed for app working. What am
I doing wrong?

Third:
In my top folder I have many files cpp h... and svg and .desktop files. I
notice that compiler build an app but it is not in folder structure I need
(example, I need my binary file an one file in "/opt/extras.ubuntu.com/glrp/"
folder and desktop file I need in "usr/share/applications/") How to do that?
