[VOTE] unity-lens-buss for precise

Hi!

I uploaded the unity-lens-buss package to the staging PPA:

(currently awaiting binary package building)

As far as I can tell, the packaging is good (I'm unsure what to do about 
the version number though, suggestions welcome) and I've tested the lens 
under Unity 2D and Unity 3D and it works as expected.
