Not currently. The best we can do now is leave a comment on the
submission that we're working on it. And, check in on IRC.

In general, the comments are actually more helpful than an assignment,
because it leaves a trail of what's been done, so someone else can pick
it up if needed. But, it certainly wouldn't hurt to have both comments
and an assigned reviewer.
