Sorry to take so long to get back to you. From the .jar file, I didn't notice that Project-LEO is a command-line app. Unfortunately, the ARB submission process is only for GUI apps. For more details, see our review guidelines:

But, this is a great educational project, and I'd like to make sure you get what you need to keep it moving along. As a next step, you might consider submitting Project-LEO to Debian or the standard Ubuntu archives.
