Tech Board reply on extras package versions

In the Tech Board meeting last Tuesday, they decided on a standard form 
for package versions for Extras apps:

2.5.1-0extras10.10.1

<appversion>-<debianpkgversion>extras<distroversion>.<pkgversion>


- The Debian package version will generally be 0.

- The Ubuntu distro version is numeric (10.10) rather than the codename 
("maverick"), so each new version is always alphabetically sorted as 
later than the previous. This is future-proofing, in the not-to-distant 
future, we'll hit "Z" and either wrap back to "A" or choose some other 
codename strategy.
