I was in touch with him earlier this week. Since the app is already in
Precise, it makes more sense to do the Oneiric release through
Backports. (Technically, the fact that it's in the Ubuntu archive
already makes it ineligible for Extras anyway.)

Andrea said he knows the backporters, so won't have any trouble getting
it through.

I don't have any more information about Ubuntu Tweak. Up for grabs.

Brian Thomason is already working on packaging RStudio for us.
