Hi, I'm in New Zealand, which from next weekend will be UTC+13. I'm
generally available after work (0600UTC-1200UTC), but will be able to
meet up during work hours if needed (2000UTC-0600UTC).
It looks like we're nicely spread all over the world.
I think the first things we'll need to sort out will be some of the app
requirements (such as installing into /opt), and how we go about
reviewing these, for example having a mailing list thread about each
submitted package, or just keeping it all on the launchpad bug.
