It's Alive!

Hi Everyone,

Well, it seems the App Review Board is now alive and we have a place to
talk. Just to be completely clear: I am on the App Review Board and
won't be voting, I have just been putting the wheels in motion for it.

As such, tomorrow I will publicly announce the process and we can get
some awesome new apps in the Ubuntu Software Center! :-)
