DSL Configuration via GUI

Hi,
I'm a satisfied debian user, who is looking for an easy desktop
distribution one can recommend it's friends and relatives.

Ubuntu seems to be great for that purpose, but there is one thing which
renders it unusable for newbies, it lacks an easy way to setup a PPTP
internet connection. As almost all DSL Provider use PPTP for their
connections in my country (Austria), this is a big problem. Of course
one can set it up manually but IMHO a desktop distribution should
provide a comfortable GUI. Well maybe I just missed it, if so please
point me to it, otherwise could you point me to some sort of wishlist
for the next release?

thanks,

	Christoph
