Update to xchat soon?

No, we're in deep freeze approaching our WartyWarthog RC and final
releases mid next month. Version updates are very much off the table,
unless they are the only way to fix critical bugs. Not sure xchat would
have too many bugs we'd regard as critical, unless it deleted your hard
disk. ;-)
