I noticed when I was taking a closer look at the "Huge Icon" bug that it
crashed everytime I started changing themes and the big icon problem was
visible. When starting with normal sized tab icons I only got md to
crash once while changing themes.

That probably means that the "Huge Icon" bug will fix this one, too. I
hope so, anyway.
