Sorry, I did not see that there was a bug watch related to the upstream bug; I tested the cvs version and that problem is indeed gone.

I guess we should patiently wait for an updated package in dapper. Until then, using the deskbar "Beagle Live" extension or nautilus search can be a bit dangerous for the system stability :-)
