I would advise to be watchful for dependencies that might play into
Canonical's agenda. Package dependencies from Ubuntu Desktop, Unity and
more that, even if it is GNOME, are going to force users certain
packages on their system.

Would be _funny_ if both co-exist and Ubuntu GNOME is better than Ubuntu
default out-of-the-box. When was their release? April 1st, 2018? ;-)
