Release notes: Getting a /dev/cdrom symlink

The warty release did not, by default, provide a symbolic link
from /dev/cdrom to the device for the primary CDROM. This symlink is
now enabled by default on new Hoary installs. To get this behaviour
with a system being upgraded from warty, run the command:

sudo ln -s ../cd-aliases.rules /etc/udev/rules.d

At the next reboot, the device will be available.
