New wiki bugs

I have a few more *minor* suggestions for the wiki layout. Add the
following items to <ul class="editbar">:

<li><a href="/PageTitle?action=show">View</a></li> 

This would allow for quick access back to the actual wiki page when
navigating through diff, info and other actions.

<li><a href="/PageTitle/talk">Discuss</a></li>

This would allow for quick access to the the /talk page, which many
may not realize is meant for discussion and comments on a particular
page. One possible problem is that /talk is also currently used for
subpages (but those links, if still considered related, should be
moved to the parent page anyway).
