Please test new cups packages

On my installation the new cups packages cause the gnome-cups-manager
to hang for a minute before displaying the "Add a Printer" dialog. 
During the pause the processes that are taking a lot of the time are
cupsd and cups-driverd.  The first time it paused for well over a
minute.  Now it pauses for maybe 10 seconds.  Other than that it
appears to work fine.  The same pause is seen pulling up the
properties dialog, but the pause is somewhat shorter, maybe 4 seconds.

I have a lot of shared printers on my network and I have browsing enabled.
