Introducing GSynaptics

Hi all,

Today I released GSynaptics-0.9.0.  It's a GUI configuration tool for
synaptics touchpad driver for XOrg/XFree86.

Now it has limited features, but fundamental features have been
implemented, so it's useful I think.
